As it says in our name, Kingstowne Family Chiropractic is a Family practice. We have patients from every age including newborns to those of advanced age and everyone in between! We pride ourselves on keeping the office comfortable for all which includes a play area for children, free wifi, and handicap accessibility. 

Initial Visit:

At your first visit you can expect to be greeted by our friendly front desk staff who can answer any of your initial questions as well as provide you with initial paperwork if you haven't already completed it (also available here). The Doctor will be out shortly to greet you as well and then a full history and initial exam will be completed in a private patient room so that you can be properly diagnosed to ensure proper and appropriate treatment. As long as your diagnosis warrants chiropractic treatment, you will receive your first treatment after the Doctor has discussed your diagnose and proposed treatment with you, answering any questions or concerns you may have. After your initial treatment, you will be given home instructions as necessary and advised of when you should schedule your follow up visit. Please plan about 50 minutes for your first visit.

Treatment:

Most treatments such as manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and flexion-distraction will be performed in private patient treatment rooms to ensure your comfort and privacy during visits. However, some of our therapies are administered in an open bay area such as electric stimulation and intersegmental traction. 

Subsequent Visits:

The time needed to complete subsequent visits will greatly depend on the treatment that has been specifically designed for you. However, typically visits are 15-20 minutes in legnth. The Doctor can more accurately address this at your second visit, when your treatment plan is determined and discussed with you.
